Let’s lace up our sneakers and hit the path together! Join us for a laid-back morning walk through the historic and scenic Guilford Courthouse National Military Park — a local gem with winding trails, tall trees, and Revolutionary War stories hidden in the woods.

This isn’t just a walk — it’s a chance to move your body, breathe in fresh air, and connect with other incredible women. Bring your coffee, your stroller, your dog, or just yourself.

**This is a members and friends event, meaning you are invited and feel free to bring friends (members or not)!
 

📍 Location: Guilford Courthouse National Military Park

📅 Date: Saturday, May 31st, 2025 (rescheduled from April for rain)

⏰ Time: 9 AM

🚶‍♀️ Pace: Casual, all levels welcome

📏 Distance: ~2–3 miles (with optional shorter loops)

What to bring:

    •    Comfortable shoes

    •    Water

    •    Layers if it’s chilly

    •    Curiosity and good vibes
