SheWolf Terms of Use

Oct 20, 2026 · @Jordan

1. Welcome to the Pack

These Terms of Use apply to shewolf.co, the SheWolf app on Mighty Networks, our emails and texts, our shop, and every SheWolf event (together, the "Services"). SheWolf is operated by Jordan Lacenski Consulting, LLC, based in Greensboro, North Carolina ("SheWolf," "we," "us").

By using the Services, joining as a member, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who Can Join

SheWolf is a women+ community. Membership is open to women and anyone who aligns with and respects a women+ space. You must be 18 or older to create an account or attend an event on your own. Some events are family friendly and will say so; minors must be with a parent or guardian at all times.

You are responsible for your account. Keep your login private, give us accurate information, and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. Your account and membership are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

3. Membership, Payments and Cancellation

Tiers. We offer a free Calendar Pass plus paid monthly and annual memberships. Current tiers, prices and perks are listed at shewolf.co/join and in the app. We may change tiers, prices or perks; we will give paid members at least [30] days' notice before a price change takes effect.

Billing. Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our third-party providers (including Mighty Networks and Squarespace). By joining a paid tier, you authorize us and those providers to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Free trials. If a paid tier includes a free first month, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Cancelling. You can cancel anytime in your app account settings. Cancellation stops your next renewal; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds.

  • Memberships: payments are non-refundable, including partial months or years, unless required by law.

  • Events and retreats: refund and transfer terms are listed on each event page and apply to that event. Unless stated otherwise, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with notice to us.

  • Shop orders: see the return policy at shewolf.co/shop.

Member discounts. Member pricing on events, retreats and swag applies only while your paid membership is active.

4. Community Guidelines

SheWolf works because members show up warm, welcoming and real. In the app, at events and in our messages, you agree to:

  • Treat every member, host, partner and venue with respect.

  • Not harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against or demean anyone.

  • Keep what members share in private spaces private. No screenshots or reposts of member posts without permission.

  • Not spam, sell or recruit members for outside businesses without permission, except in spaces built for it (like Pass It On).

  • Not post anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.

  • Follow the posted rules of each event, host and venue.

We may remove content, end an event visit, or suspend or close any account that breaks these guidelines, at our discretion and without a refund.

5. Events and Activities

RSVPs. A free Calendar Pass or paid membership is required to RSVP to SheWolf events. Some events are members-only. Please cancel your RSVP if you can't make it so someone else can have your spot.

Third-party venues and partners. Many events take place at venues or with partners we do not own or control. Their own terms, waivers and policies apply, and SheWolf is not responsible for their acts, services or premises.

Member-hosted meetups. Some gatherings are hosted by members or Alphas. Hosts are volunteers, not SheWolf employees or agents.

Your safety and assumption of risk. Some events involve physical activity, travel, outdoor settings or alcohol (for example hikes, kickball, horseback riding, ziplining, retreats and nights out). You take part voluntarily and are responsible for knowing your own limits and health. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you accept the risks of participating, and you release SheWolf, its owners, Alphas, hosts and volunteers from claims arising from your participation. Certain events may require you to sign a separate waiver.

Alcohol. Drink responsibly, be 21+ to drink, and never drive impaired.

Photos and video. We photograph and film events to share our community. By attending, you allow SheWolf to use your image in our marketing and social channels. To opt out, tell the event host or email us before the event.

Changes and cancellations. We may change, reschedule or cancel an event, including for weather or low attendance. If we cancel a paid event, we will offer a refund or credit.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Ours. The SheWolf name, logo, wolf marks, designs, swag artwork, website, app content, programming and written materials belong to Jordan Lacenski Consulting, LLC. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

Yours. You own what you post. By posting in the app or tagging SheWolf on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share that content within the community and in our marketing, with credit where practical. You can ask us to remove your content anytime.

Feedback. Ideas and suggestions you share may be used freely, without obligation to you.

7. Emails, Texts and Privacy

When you join, you agree to receive emails about events, membership and SheWolf news. If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring messages from SheWolf; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Questions about your data can go to the contact below.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the calendar, app and website accurate and running, but we do not guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted. SheWolf is a social community. Nothing shared by SheWolf, hosts or members is professional medical, legal, financial or mental health advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jordan Lacenski Consulting, LLC and its owners, Alphas, hosts and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Services or events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SheWolf in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages caused by your breach of these Terms or your conduct at an event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date and let members know of major changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept it.
