Members get first access + biggest discounts. Not a member yet? You can still join and snag the discount — do that first [HERE].
Oct 1 – Nov 1: Registration is members-only (Early Bird pricing).
Nov 1 onward: Registration opens to everyone. Members still save, but the deepest discounts are for Early Birds.
💳 Deposits & Payments
Everyone pays a $500 non-refundable deposit at checkout.
Each room is priced by capacity, but all tickets include the full retreat experience (lift tickets, chef meals, tubing, spa credit + more).
Want your own space? Select a single occupancy option for an additional cost.
📅 Remainder Payments
Once your deposit is paid, you’re officially locked in.
You’ll receive an invoice for the remainder of your balance shortly after.
The remainder amount depends on your membership level, time of booking, and room selection. Be sure to read the description in the shop item for the remainder due.
Your final payment isn’t due right away, but must be paid no later than January 16th.
