We welcome all women+, embracing every story, background, and season of life. We commit to building spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated. We design events with accessibility in mind, offer free and scholarship-supported opportunities, and encourage members to shape our culture by co-leading and sharing their voices.

Equity & Impact

We give back as we grow. A portion of every retreat, event, and drop supports nonprofits and grassroots causes aligned with our values of equity, wellness, and justice. We volunteer together, fundraise together, and intentionally partner with women-owned, BIPOC-owned, and local businesses to keep resources in our community.

Our Promise

We pledge to keep learning, listening, and leading with integrity. We pledge to rebel against isolation and inequity. And we pledge to run together — building a pack where every woman+ belongs, and where our collective impact is felt far beyond ourselves.
