*Disclaimer

Hi, I’m Jordan. I started SheWolf with my good friend Laura back in 2016. We have both become a lot of different versions of ourselves since then. Right before 2020 (yup, the dumpster fire that never seems to stop burning), SheWolf was a different animal entirely. I was not yet a mother, and work was my baby. I was launching an online platform and membership for female entrepreneurs, speaking at conferences, organizing a national dinner tour for women in 12 big cities, in the beginning stages of planning a retreat, and then… BOOM. Everything blew up. So here I am ALMOST 10 years later with two young kids, in the 5th move since this all started, and everything has come full circle. I know I need to do what fills me up, I know women+ need each other. I know I’ve gotten great data when I’ve dipped my toe back into organizing happy hours and events, and I also know that I AM NOT WHO I WAS. I am not married to my “work” in the obsessive way I was, I am not glued to my phone, I am not spending 80 hours a week on this, but I am doing what I can. I am doing what I feel is the most important within my capacity because resilience is a real thing, but you have to plan for it. You have to monitor your own water level before you can pour out to anyone else. And I pour out to my little ones FIRST.

So I may not answer your email as quickly as I would like, and I may miss details from time to time. But I am starting somewhere, and I’m not doing it alone, which is why the pack has ALWAYS been so important.

Thank you for running with me, at the speed my weary self can run.
