Ready to shake off the overwhelm, sweat it out on the trail, and launch yourself into some seriously cold water?
Join SheWolf for a soul-reviving Saturday in nature. We’ll hike the Hanging Rock trail (a moderate 2.6-mile round trip with big payoff views), then head straight to the waterfall for a cold plunge that’ll wake you all the way up.

The Deets

🗓️ Itinerary
9:00 AM – Arrival + Welcome Circle
• Meet at the Visitor Center parking lot
• Quick intros, lay of the land, and safety notes
9:30 AM – Guided Group Hike to Lower Cascades or Hanging Rock Trail
• Moderate hike, ~2.5–3.5 miles depending on chosen route
• We’ll move as a group with space for conversation or quiet reflection
• Pack light, bring water, and wear shoes with good traction
11:15 AM – Cold Plunge at the Lake or Waterfall Pool
• Brave the refreshing waters for a full-body reset
• Group encouragement, towels and dry layers recommended
12:00 PM – BYO Picnic Lunch + Lounge Time
• Gather on picnic tables or blankets under the trees
• Share snacks, stories, and community time
1:00 PM – Closing Circle + Optional Group Photo
• Gratitude, final thoughts, group energy reset
1:30 PM – Depart or Stay + Explore
• Feel free to extend your day and explore more trails on your own!
