What is Wolf Light?

The French call dusk l’heure entre chien et loup, the hour between dog and wolf. It’s the moment the light changes and everything looks a little different. That’s the weekend.

We spend Friday letting go, Saturday finding what’s underneath, and Sunday feeling it settle. Then you go home for the Aries New Moon on Tuesday, April 6, ready to begin.

The floor is full, the ceiling is optional, and nobody sits it out. Come for every practice or spend the afternoon in a hammock. Both count.

  • Workshop block at 11, then an open afternoon for trails, hammocks, and add-on sessions

  • Sunday · Feeling: coffee and pastries, a closing practice, and home by afternoon.

    Mon + Tue · Threshold & Beginning: at home. Monday is for integrating. Tuesday is the Aries New Moon, the start of the astrological year.
